well, today was just divine. honestly. not. just one of those days. my eyes ached a bit after work. i have a horrible habit of sitting too close to my screens when i’m concentrating. starting to feel the stress of wrapping things up and trying to finish up projects before i go away for vacation. which, you know, i’m totally pumped about.

on my walk back today with the dogs, i often see this elderly asian couple. most of the time we smile and say a quick hi as we pass. today, the lady stopped and asked if i was chinese. i smiled with a nod and “yes” which seemed to satisfy her enough and she and hubbykins kept walking by. it’s cute though. i like seeing elderly couples together.

lately, i’ve been watching the chinese soap drama – meteor garden. i forgot how dramatic and ridiculous it was. completely and utterly ridonk.
