finally, it’s friday

Posted: November 6th, 2009 | Author: | Filed under: oDays | 1 Comment »

past two weeks at work have been a blur. it’s been extremely busy and we’re short staffed. but hey – hopefully it will be worth it in the end, and i have some cool dudes workin with me to make it all better. ‘s all good. i have a new-found respect for editors than ever before. my life has been consumed with getting these 2010 brochures out the door and printing.

here’s a quick screenshot. our UK division was supposed to send all the brochures to us for USA editing 2-3 months ago. we have a total of 6 (all 100+ pages of intense pricing, editing & formatting) brochures and we just got the majority of them today (still missing 2 though). when are these due?

november 13. that’s next friday.

i stayed at work later than usual today to edit all the pricing in our south pacific brochure. it took me 4 hours, and i have to say i’m pretty efficient worker. and this was just SOME of the pricing edits… not even grammar/spelling. phew. next week will be fun, but i’m glad it’s friday now. i will enjoy the weekend.

[edit]
man, i just realized i turn 24 in two weeks. fail.

[edit2]
here’s a pic of me and my baby boys. :]
